Catherine's work focuses on supporting students and entrepreneurs on their journey to abundance, wellness, self-love, and peace in all aspects of their lives.
Catherine is also a keen surfer, dedicated foodie and loves anything that allows her to live most of her life outdoors! In this interview, Catherine Gallagher shares her journey from corporate life to running her own yoga business with retreats.
